Abstract

This talk presents the last results in kinetic energy harvesting from the ESYCOM lab (Université Paris-Est, France) based on miniature electrostatic transducers with electret and/or tribo-electrification. It includes silicon MEMS inertial devices and soft elastomers based on nanomaterials.
